SO YOU THINK YOU KNOW BEST?

Every couple has their share of ups and downs
Some make it through the bad times, some don't
When there are kids to think of,
the decision is tough
for whatever you decide, their interest must come first
Some feel the kids must not feel the heat of the strained relationship
so it is best to part ways and keep a cordial friendship
Even I thought that was a wise decision
for I was sure, kids too don't like the tension
till I had a chat with my seven year old
and guess what, I was told
Mom and dad should be together .............happy or sad
and as long as they are together, he' ll be glad.
